NetEnt’s Street Fighter II Slot Sucker Punched Errant Coding Issue

While NetEnt has not put out a formal Press Release or any other player facing notice addressing the issue of the disappearing slot a leaked communique from the company to their casino partners has been doing the round online.

The operator email NetEnt reportedly confirm:

“We have identified a potential situation whereby player staking behaviour could impact the intended gameplay experience on our recent release Street Fighter™️ II: The World Warrior Slot.

Please be assured that to date the game has been performing within the expected parameters in respect to the certified math model and RTP on a network level.”

The communication goes on to inform the operators that they will be disabling the slot and will make it available once their internal testing team has resolved the bet setting which could be exploited.

While it is never ideal to have a launch title pulled it is great to see that as always NetEnt are willing to do whatever it takes to do it right.
