Cleverly called Netflix Bites Vegas, the restaurant is all set to open its doors to fans of the streaming platform’s entertaining content and its delectable treats.
Inspired by some of the platform’s most prolific shows, from Stranger Things to Bridgerton, the company intends to entice patrons with a combination of excellent service, fabulous food and an entertaining cinematic experience.

Scheduled to open its doors on February 20th, the restaurant will be available for breakfast through to dinner and accommodate various dietary preferences, with a selection of dairy-free, gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan dishes.
Netflix’s Eagerly Awaited Collaboration with MGM
With the imminent launch of the restaurant, there’s a buzz of excitement on the strip, and Josh Simon, VP of Consumer Products at Netflix, reflected on the anticipation by stating:
Quote“It’s Vegas, and part of the reason why we wanted to work with MGM is we can really bring things to life in a bit of fun, over-the-top way. There’s an ability to truly create these storytelling moments in a very compelling way, in Vegas specifically.”
Simon added that MGM felt like a “natural fit”, given they are some of the best restaurant and entertainment operators in the world.

MGM Grand COO and President Mike Neubecker was similarly pleased with the opportunity to introduce the new culinary experience that Netflix Bites offers patrons and expressed his excitement by saying:
