Tipico Partners With Netent in Preparation for New Jersey Launch

Tipico, a German sportsbook operator that also offers casino games, has brought NetEnt on board to offer world-class entertainment once launched in New Jersey.  

The sportsbook operator is a massive international company and intends to enter the regulated US market before the end of 2020. 

 Partnering with Tipico 

With employees located in Austria, Colombia, Croatia, Germany and Gibraltar, the company boasts a 6000 strong workforce. Tipico’s mission statement says that the business “stands for a sport-related entertainment product that places its customers' bets in safe hands.” Committed to being a reliable partner for sport, Tipico is focuses on integrity and the highest standards of data security. 

When asked about the partnership, Managing Director of Tipico US, Adrian Vella indicated his enthusiasm by saying:  

“We are excited to begin our partnership with NetEnt as we kick-off our expansion into the U.S. With a proven track record in the regulated New Jersey market and their well-known catalog of branded games, we’re confident that our customers will love NetEnt’s offering.” 

New Jersey is known as a pioneer in the industry as they have offered online gaming for a number of years. Tipico is well aware of the potential and expects excellent uptake from an already well-established market. 

 Introducing NetEnt as Player 2 

NetEnt is world renown and offers casino games to many offshore online sites. The collaboration will mean that NetEnt will provide Tipico with access to their existing library of top-quality casino games, while also linking to handy marketing tools like Free Spins in order to gain traction in the market.

Originating in Sweden, NetEnt holds a large portion of the online casino game market as they offer their creations to operators all over the world for the last 15 years.

Tipico’s online casino license is currently pending as the government of New Jersey investigates the application from all angles. Until the license is approved, the company may continue collaborating with various role players, but no official launch date can be set. 

Given the years of expertise from both parties, getting launched and established in New Jersey won’t take very long at all once the relevant paperwork has been granted.  

It will be interesting to see just how well Tipico does in the state and whether this will encourage other US states to also embrace the potential of online casinos.
