Overview
The Dutch gambling market is now fully regulated and the Kansspelautoriteit is the authority in charge. It was established in 2012 and its Board of Directors is responsible for all the important decisions. Affiliates should not run advertising content in demographics where minors and young adults represent more than 25%. They also need to abide by rules that limit their use of images depicting role models or and please, as well as cartoon-like pictures.
