Players are supposed to know the gaming laws of the country and it is their responsibility to inquire whether a casino has an operating license or not, and if it is blacklisted or not. The Belgian Gaming Commission is supposed to make gaming more enjoyable while at the same time protecting its citizens from being taken advantage of by fraudulent establishments.
