In a time when more and more companies are joining the iGaming market, staying competitive is becoming a difficult endeavor. Chen Greenfeld, Head of Marketing for LuckyStreak gave us his input into how the company is managing to keep operators and clients happy in 2020 and what LuckyStreak is doing to remain a major player in the industry. GP: Before we start, let me thank you for taking the time to talk to us and address our readers. LuckyStreak was founded in 2015 and has been around for a while now, but for those who don’t know what you are all about, can you tell us what the main missions and ideas of your company are and what products of yours players can expect to find on the internet? 

Chen: Absolutely. We at LuckyStreak have always made it our top priority to provide an engaging, entertainment-first approach in every single one of our Live Casino games and solutions. We understand that our main competition isn't just other content suppliers but rather the vast entertainment options every one of our players has in his everyday life. When a player chooses to spend his time playing one of our games, it's because he chose it over watching a good movie, binging Netflix or any other digital entertainment. It’s this understanding that has always kept us on the path toward creating a young, engaging, edgy and different experience

GP: You mentioned LuckyConnect, your content aggregation platform. Can you tell our readers more about the online casinos they can access the platform at, the software providers included in it and the types of games that it includes? There’s also a few incredibly interesting additions to our mix on their way, but we prefer to keep quiet about them right now. Other than that we’re always hard at work finding and cherry picking who we believe are going to be the next industry leaders. 

As part of our desire to act as a single point of contact for all of our clients, our proprietary single integration unified API is constantly updated with all the functionality and features that each single provider develops and promotes.

Additionally, we are hard at work on enhancing and creating added value to the connection between our different suppliers and our own network. Eventually, what that means is that a player will be able to play one supplier’s games and be awarded on other LuckyStreak network games as well in various tournaments and promotions.

GP: Your live dealer games are some of your most important and prestigious products. Can you please talk about what live casino games are, how LuckyStreak manages the streaming in real time and what kind of games are available on your live casino platform? What makes your live games stand out from the rest of them?

Chen: Essentially, Live Casino games are all about experiencing  the thrills and excitement of playing in an actual Land-based casino, straight from the comfort  and safety of your own home (or literally anywhere else if you're playing on Mobile!). We believe that it’s our tenacious development team and strong technological background that puts our games a notch above the rest, but if we are being honest, that is not the true obstacle when it comes to Live Casino but rather there are 3 main aspects to consider:

(1) First, we need to understand that Live Casino isn’t your average software tool, but a game, and everything that entails. We put great effort into fine tuning everything from graphics and animations to our game’s sound design. It’s those (not so) little things that complete the gaming experience. We are also constantly brainstorming additional gamification elements to add to our games.

(2) Second, as I previously mentioned, is everything that surrounds the actual game, and empowers the operator to increase engagement. We train our dealers to be loose, fun and welcoming (they take improv classes twice a year!). We understand that the average age of the player is dropping, and different kinds of players are emerging, much more so than land-based gaming.

GP: We have seen many great products from your studio so far and we have no doubt that many more are to come. What are some of the things we have to look forward to from LuckyStreak in the coming months and years? Can you give us a sneak peek into what’s coming up?

Chen: Thank you, we really appreciate your kind words. We’ve always preferred to focus on quality over quantity and making our game experience more enjoyable, as such there are a few natural upgrades that are coming soon. To name a few, we're currently working on a complete overhaul of our platform’s UX and UI, including adding a long awaited portrait mode to all of our games. On top of that we are working on adding new tables and new studio designs.

Another exciting development is the demand we see for our promotional engine. We are putting great effort in enhancing that aspect of our offerings. Most exciting though, is a series of exciting and original new proprietary games planned for release at the further end of 2021, so stay tuned for those!
