For starters, they offer bonuses that sound great to depositors. The problem starts with your profile page, the bonuses are displayed in such an unconventional way that it is impossible to know which Free Spins belong to which bonus. The bonus I got from my deposit was 200 spins over several days at Diamond Duke (I love this slot, it's always good for me) Live support usually just snaps my fingers and the free spins fairy gives me spins in a game different. The response I got (after waiting 45 minutes for someone to show up and that's another problem) was "Sorry, I can't offer you another bonus at this time."
