The casino is actually legit and after speaking with the support they sorted out the issue.  Good experience after all.

 110% up to 1 BTC. To access this bonus, first I had to activate the Welcome bonus function in the cashier section.
To access the bonus, I made a deposit of 1BTC and got a maximum bonus of 1,000 mBTC, equivalent to 1 BTC.
Before I could request a withdrawal, I met the 40x wagering requirements. The maximum amount I can bet on each bet is 1.3 mBTC. And I was only able to bet the bonuses and deposits on the slot machines, not the table games or the live casino.
I have not used the following bonuses yet, but I will name them so that other players can try them:
On your second deposit, you will qualify for a 55% bonus of up to 1 BTC. Again, before making the deposit, you must claim it at the ATM. The conditions for this deposit are more or less the same as for the first, from the maximum bet to the wagering requirements and everything else.
You can also claim a 50% reload bonus up to 2 BTC. This is a monthly promotional offer, which you can claim on the first deposit you make in any new month.
The minimum deposit amount you must make to qualify for this offer is 2 mBTC and you have a 40x wagering requirement just like the others. Again, you can only wager a maximum of 1.3mBTC and it only applies to slot machines.
As for payments, I had no problem as this casino is a cryptocurrency casino from start to finish and therefore does not support any fiat currencies. You cannot use credit cards, e-wallets, or any other payment method associated with fiat money.

The casino has its good side and I like the game selection.  The games seem fair and I seem to win as much as anywhere else.  The MAJOR downside to this casino is the lack of email support, live support, and they are terrible with wait times on any withdrawal.  I have experienced 36 hour wait times for withdrawals of all sizes, small and big.  On average I would say I wait at least 12 hours to have a withdrawal sent.  To me, it is almost enough of a pain to not play there.  If they fixed this one aspect, the casino would be a great option, just don't plan on playing here and getting any winnings back quickly.  This is especially tough if the BTC market is fluctuating.  Like I said, I like the site and the games, but I hate the support and withdrawal process. It honestly makes me nervous every time I win as I wonder how long or if they will process my withdrawal request.  I have had to wait long enough that many times I thought they were going to pull some T&C lie and keep my winnings.  In the end they seem to always pay, but very little communication, and live support is almost non existent.  Be prepared to wonder if or when your withdrawal will be send, with no replies from support, it is never a fun 36 hours.  I think they do it on purpose so you are tempted to cancel the withdrawal and keep playing.  Not sure what else the motive would be. 

When compared to almost any other reputable casino, these withdrawal delays are a major issue and would cause most regular players to avoid the site.  They need to work on this issue ASAP if they want to retain long term players.   They are friendly when around and when they reply, just hours upon hours of silence and no help get ultra frustrating.  Hopefully they pick it up as I like playing here, but it is never my first choice.  

Good selection of games, easy registration and simple design. I can find whatever I need effortlessly. The support was friendly also, however the casino don't have many bonuses.
