Gameplay
The Wild symbol in Reel Rush is similar to one that is present in Super Mario World, the Gold Star, but instead of golden, it’s entirely brown. There is, however, no usual Scatter symbol.
Reel Rush looks and plays like a real Super Mario video game, with only 13 symbols visible on the reels, while the rest is marked as ‘R.’ When the reels start spinning, each win will brush off R’s from 2 symbols and each next win will brush another two R’s, which ultimately increases the chances of hitting multiple winning combos.
Another excellent feature Reel Rush presents is situated in the left-hand corner, with six empty stars that fill up after each consecutive win. As soon as the star meter is full, all R’s will be cleared and the player gets 8 Free Spins.
Despite a lack of more bonus features and 3D animations, Reel Rush has a familiar atmosphere similar to Candy Crush, with almost infinite opportunities to create winning combos and enjoy the charming gameplay.
