The Sticky Wild of this game can come in two different types. First stack them in a normal turn. Second, Robotnik itself can appear on the screen and randomly change the symbols to wildcards. Wild can come alone or with a 3-fold multiplier, although the second type is obviously rarer. All wild cards will remain fixed on the screen for another turn while more wild cards are shown in the following turns. These are not Free Spins, and wild ones don't appear very often.
