The focus in the story of this game is placed on the tenth legion of the Roman army. They are assigned a task in an isolated area to fight against a ruthless enemy – a barbarian army. You will notice unique illustrations used as icons and a matrix that depicts a gate when it comes to visuals. The background image features a military camp used by the legionnaires.

Gameplay

Legion X is played on 5 reels and offers 72 ways to win. This release's ordinary paying symbols include five playing card icons, a shieldmaiden with a horned helmet, a mysterious barbarian with a horned helmet, a barbarian with a skull mask, a Roman soldier with a classic helmet, and a masked legionnaire. Players need three to five of the same icons on adjacent reels to get rewarded.

Three warriors appear as stacked wilds in this game. They always nudge to become fully visible on the reels, and each nudge boosts the wild multiplier by one. Two or more wilds with multipliers will have their values added to each other. We also have an infectious wild that turns all the randomly selected low-value icons into wilds on the three middle reels. The infectious wild can land on the first and last reels only.

Furthermore, the xWays icon can also land on the same reels as the infectious wild. It turns into any regular symbol, reveals two to four identical symbols, and boosts the number of ways to win (up to 72000). Whenever players hit three bonus icons on the central reels, they will get eight Legion X spins (free spins) played on an increased active game area.
