Who would’ve thought that the arctic and subarctic regions were so alive in prehistoric times? Wild Tundra is an online slot game developed by Red Tiger that takes us to this place and time. It’s a title that boasts unique visuals and bonuses, including multipliers and free spins.
Graphics & Theme
As we have already mentioned, you’ll be taken to the arctic/subarctic region, where you’ll get a chance to meet amazing extinct animals. So, this is an Ice Age-themed release focused on wildlife. Visually, players will find a rocky matrix with original symbols in striking colors. There’s also a landscape covered in ice and an ornamented frame on the main screen.
Gameplay
We have 5 reels and 30 paylines in Wild Tundra. Additionally, players will find ten basic symbols: an Ice Age deer, five playing card icons, a giant bear, a saber-toothed tiger, a prehistoric rhino, and a golden mammoth. Hitting three to five matching symbols on one payline will lead you to one of the fixed prizes.
Interestingly, all the symbols we’ve listed can show up as super symbols. These are stacked symbols covering 1x2, 1x3, or 1x4 positions on a single reel. They also bring multipliers worth x3, x5, or x8. Winning symbols are destroyed, and new icons come to their positions. Furthermore, landing three free spins scatter icons on the matrix will trigger a minimum of nine free spins. One of the regular symbols will become a golden mammoth during free spins. In addition, successive wins after tumbles will receive a multiplier booster that keeps growing.
