Dutch Regulator Stands For Diversity and Workplace Equality
By Shane Addinall May 23, 2021 IndustryThe Netherlands Online Gaming Association partners with the All-In Diversity Project to create a more inclusive workplace environment. The partnership forms part of their exciting expansion strategy. The All-in Diversity Project is proud to announce its new partnership with the Netherlands Online Gaming Association. This new strategic partnership forms part of an expansion strategy to enhance its reach across Europe.
The support of the Netherlands Online Gaming Association (NOGA) is another leap forward in reaching new and established markets.
What is the All-in Diversity Project?
The All-in Diversity Project is an industry-driven initiative set on promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion within the global gambling sector.
NOGA is a trade association of online games of chance and committed to providing online players with well-regulated and safe gaming options. The new partnership will allow for a share of invaluable information, webinars, and training sessions on diversity, equality, and inclusion for the association, all its members, and the Dutch gambling sector.
Partnering with NOGA is another step forward for the All-in Diversity Project after adding the International Betting Integrity Association (IBIA) to its portfolio in February.
These partnerships are the way forward, ensuring positive influence over the market according to Christina Thakor-Rankin, Co-Founder of the All-In Diversity Project:
"Industry Associations are extremely important in shaping the values, attitudes and overall direction of the market, and collaboration on key issues which affect all."
With the support of the NOGA, the All-in Diversity Project can take another step to ensure that both the established and emerging markets, along with every other aspect of the sector, have a seat at the table.
A Perfect Match
This partnership does not just expand their reach but also means they have the opportunity to speed up the process. Better tools and more information will also be available to businesses across the Netherlands. It is a highly beneficial partnership in more ways than one.
The Netherlands Online Gaming Authority (NOGA) is there to act as a regulator of online gambling operators within the region while simultaneously maintaining its commitment to ensuring a safe and properly regulated betting market.
For NOGA, the partnership is just as beneficial and further strengthens their opinion on a number of important issues. Peter-Paul de Goeij, Managing Director of NOGA, commented:
"We are delighted to be part of the international network of the All-In Diversity Project, representing the Netherlands and also furthering the important issues of inclusion and diversity in the gambling industry in the Netherlands."
According to de Goeij, it is the All-in Diversity Project's values and goals that stand out and set them apart. The managing director states that NOGA in its entirety commits to these goals and values and will actively spread them to colleagues, other gambling companies, stakeholders, and governing bodies.
Strengthening Ties
For NOGA this appears to be a year of increasing its presence within the field of responsible gambling and other areas where the focus is vital. The new partnership comes shortly after NOGA strengthened its ties with the Portuguese Associação Portuguesa de Apostas e Jogos Online (APAJO).
The All-in Diversity Project membership is for both individuals and organisations looking to create a more diverse and inclusive environment.
With the new partnership, NOGA is aiming to do just that, announcing to the industry, operators, and players its aim to create a more inclusive and diverse gaming environment.
